Thigh-high/Over-the-knee boots over size?

I'm trying to find black-gray upper thigh /-the-knee boots with a heel more manageable (I can walk in heels, but I want nothing ridiculous). I'm bigger and when I buy the boots to the knee I can get a little calf wider. Anyone know of any good site / boots for sale? The budget is about $ 100. Thanks!
