Khaki pants for work?

I have to buy a few pairs of khaki pants and brown for work (at Best Buy). I was told I must be no pants or skirt may be short, are not cargo pants can not be strechable material can not be denim. I checked kohls … have no Khaki pants are not Juniors Pants (strechable). Any idea what would have to save khaki pants in a size of one for youth. Also I have to wear a black belt in it. I never bought a belt. I ususally find the belts that are worn over the shirt (modern). Should I buy a belt of men? Oh and it's really good to find any dress or khaki pants in my size … Most stores only carry em 'Women and youth. : S
